A collagen-binding receptor tyrosine kinase, DDR1 (Discoidin Domain Receptor Family Member 1) drives epithelial adhesion, proliferation, and extracellular matrix remodeling and can be quantitatively measured in murine research samples using this immunoassay from Assay Genie. Dysregulated DDR1 signaling is documented in fibrosis, atherosclerotic plaque progression, and several solid tumor models, so accurate protein-level readouts support oncology, cardiovascular, and tissue-remodeling investigations. The kit accepts tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants, and is supplied in a 96-assay configuration compatible with routine microplate workflows. Reagents are intended for research use only and should be handled in an in vitro laboratory setting; store refrigerated and protect from light to preserve activity through the assay run.
