Mouse Discoidin domain-containing receptor 2 (Ddr2) ELISA Kit

The assay has a reported detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.093ng/mL. DDR2 is a tyrosine kinase that functions as a cell surface receptor for fibrillar collagen, mediating fibroblast migration and proliferation, contributing to cutaneous wound healing, and supporting normal bone development through regulation of osteoblast differentiation and chondrocyte maturation. The protein is located at the cell membrane as a single-pass type I membrane protein (UniProt: Q62371).
