Mouse Dipeptidyl peptidase 9 (Dpp9) ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of mouse Dipeptidyl peptidase 9 (DPP9), this Sandwich ELISA kit is intended for research use only. It detects natural and recombinant mouse DPP9 and is reactive with mouse samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids.

The kit operates as a colorimetric Sandwich ELISA with a detection range of 0.625–40 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.32 ng/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 6.2% and an inter-assay CV of 7.7%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum (1:2 81–91%, 1:4 88–97%, 1:8 105–118%, 1:16 91–100%), EDTA plasma (1:2 97–107%, 1:4 92–101%, 1:8 110–120%, 1:16 110–122%) and heparin plasma (1:2 84–94%, 1:4 103–113%, 1:8 90–102%, 1:16 86–96%). Recovery is 95% in serum (range 89–101%) and 97% in plasma (range 91–103%). DPP9 is a homodimeric dipeptidyl peptidase localised to the cytoplasm and cytosol that cleaves N-terminal dipeptides from proteins bearing a Pro or Ala residue at position 2, and is relevant to research in cell biology, immune response regulation, inflammation, autoimmune disorders and cancer.
