Mouse Dihydropyrimidinase-related protein 2 (Dpysl2) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Dihydropyrimidinase-related protein 2 (DPYSL2), also known as collapsin response mediator protein 2 (CRMP2). The kit measures DPYSL2 levels in mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and is suited to a range of neuroscience research applications. DPYSL2 is involved in neuronal development and polarity, as well as axon growth and guidance, neuronal growth cone collapse and cell migration, and is necessary for signaling by class 3 semaphorins and subsequent remodeling of the cytoskeleton. Disruptions in DPYSL2 expression have been linked to various neurological disorders.

The assay has a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.156 ng/mL. Reported precision includes an intra-assay CV of 5.1% and an inter-assay CV of 7.6%. The kit is specific for natural and recombinant mouse DPYSL2, with additional synonyms including Unc-33-like phosphoprotein 2, ULIP-2, DRP-2 and Ulip2. The product is intended for research use only.
