Mouse Dihydropteridine reductase (Qdpr) ELISA Kit

The kit is intended for the quantitative detection of QDPR in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, with reactivity confirmed for mouse. It detects both natural and recombinant mouse QDPR.

QDPR is an enzyme involved in tetrahydrobiopterin (BH-4) biosynthesis, an essential cofactor for phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan hydroxylases. Dysregulation of QDPR has been linked to neurodegenerative disorders, metabolic diseases and cardiovascular issues. The target is a homodimer with a molecular weight of 25,570 Da (UniProt Q8BVI4).

Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.095ng/mL. Linearity was assessed in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across serial dilutions. For research use only, within the cell biology research area.
