Mouse Dihydrolipoyl dehydrogenase, mitochondrial (Dld) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Dihydrolipoyl dehydrogenase, mitochondrial (Dld) levels in research samples. The kit is reactive with mouse samples and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, detecting both natural and recombinant forms of the target protein.

The assay has a reported detection range of 0.78-50ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.46ng/mL. Reported precision values are an Intra CV of 6.2% and an Inter CV of 8.6%. Dilutional linearity has been evaluated in serum (105-116% at 1:2 down to 93-103% at 1:16), EDTA plasma (99-99% at 1:2 down to 83-96% at 1:16) and heparin plasma (102-111% at 1:2 up to 116-125% at 1:16). Recovery has been evaluated in serum (average 101%, range 95-107%) and plasma (average 103%, range 97-109%).

Dihydrolipoamide dehydrogenase is described as an E3 component of the alpha-ketoacid dehydrogenase complexes (pyruvate-, alpha-ketoglutarate-, and branched-chain amino acid-dehydrogenase complex) with subcellular localisation in the mitochondrion matrix, among other compartments.
