Mouse Dickkopf-related protein 1 (Dkk1) ELISA Kit

The kit detects natural and recombinant mouse Dkk1, with reactivity confirmed for mouse samples.

Performance specifications include a detection range of 62.5-4000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 31.36pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is reported at 8.8% and inter-assay CV at 11.0%. Linearity was demonstrated across serial dilutions of serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma, with recovery averaging 92% (range 86-98%) in serum and 94% (range 88-100%) in plasma.

DKK1 antagonizes canonical Wnt signaling by inhibiting LRP5/6 interaction with Wnt and forms a ternary complex with the transmembrane protein KREMEN, promoting internalization of LRP5/6. Dysregulation of DKK1 has been implicated in cancer, osteoporosis, and Alzheimer's disease, making it a valuable biomarker. The kit is intended for research use only.
