Mouse Dexamethasone-induced Ras-related protein 1 (Rasd1) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie kit is a colorimetric sandwich ELISA designed for the precise quantification of mouse Dexamethasone-induced Ras-related protein 1 (RASD1), also known as Dexras1, in samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant mouse RASD1, has a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.16 ng/mL, and is read using a microplate reader equipped with a 450 nm filter.

RASD1 (UniProt O35626) is a small GTPase that negatively regulates the transcription regulatory activity of the APBB1/FE65-APP complex via its interaction with APBB1/FE65, forms a ternary complex with CAPON and NOS1, and localises to the cell membrane, cytoplasm, perinuclear region and nucleus.

Kit components include a dismountable ELISA microplate (8×12 strips), lyophilised standard, sample diluent (20 mL), assay diluent A (10 mL), assay diluent B (10 mL), detection reagent A (120 µL), detection reagent B (120 µL), wash buffer (30 mL), substrate (10 mL), stop solution (10 mL) and plate sealers. Most components are stored at -20°C, with the wash buffer, substrate and stop solution stored at 4°C.
