Description
A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie intended for the quantitative detection of mouse dexamethasone-induced protein (DEXI), also referred to as Protein MYLE. The assay is reactive with mouse samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, cell lysates, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, and breast milk, and shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse DEXI.
According to the manufacturer, the kit provides a detection range of 0.625-40ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.316ng/mL. The target protein is associated with UniProt entry Q9WUQ7, with a reported molecular weight of 10,402 Da. Reagents are stored at -20°C and the kit is for research use only.
