Mouse Desmoglein-1-alpha (Dsg1a) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the accurate measurement of Mouse Desmoglein-1-alpha (Dsg1a) levels in mouse samples. The assay is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, and shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Desmoglein-1-alpha. Desmoglein-1-alpha is a critical component of intercellular desmosome junctions, mediating cell-cell adhesion through interaction of plaque proteins and intermediate filaments, and dysfunction of this protein has been linked to skin disorders such as pemphigus vulgaris and other autoimmune diseases.

With a detection range of 78-5000pg/ml and a sensitivity of 39.8pg/mL, the kit delivers reproducible results, reporting an intra-assay CV of 8.1% and an inter-assay CV of 10.5%. Linearity has been demonstrated across serial dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma, with recovery averaging 90% in serum and 92% in plasma. The kit is intended for research use only.
