Mouse Delta-like protein 4 (Dll4) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Delta-like protein 4 (Dll4), also known as Drosophila Delta homolog 4 or Delta4. The kit is reactive with mouse samples and recognises the protein in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, detecting both natural and recombinant mouse Delta-like protein 4.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.087ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.3% and an inter-assay CV of 8.2%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum (109-118%, 96-109%, 112-124%, 97-109% at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions), EDTA plasma (102-112%, 91-101%, 107-118%, 100-110%) and heparin plasma (82-92%, 91-99%, 105-114%, 86-96%). Average recovery is 100% (94-106%) for serum and 102% (96-108%) for plasma.

Delta-like protein 4 is a Notch ligand involved in the Notch signaling pathway, activating NOTCH1 and NOTCH4, and contributes to angiogenesis, vascular development and retinal progenitor proliferation.
