Mouse Defensin Beta 2 (DEFb2) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Mouse Defensin Beta 2 (DEFb2) ELISA Kit is provided as a complete microplate-based immunoassay kit. The plate format supports up to 96 determinations per kit, allowing multiple experimental conditions and replicate wells per run. The absorbance-based read-out is captured on a standard microplate reader, and the assay is calibrated against a recombinant mouse β-defensin 2 standard to enable quantification of endogenous peptide in mouse-derived samples.
