Mouse DCN (Decorin) ELISA Kit

Decorin (DCN) is a small leucine-rich proteoglycan of the extracellular matrix that organizes collagen fibrils and modulates growth factor signaling pathways, including TGF-β. Researchers studying connective tissue biology, dermal wound repair, renal fibrosis, tumor stromal interactions, and cardiovascular remodeling routinely quantify circulating and tissue decorin levels in murine model systems.
