D-Dopachrome Tautomerase (DDT), also referred to as MIF-2, is a pro-inflammatory cytokine belonging to the macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) family. It catalyzes the tautomerization of D-dopachrome and is implicated in immune cell signaling, melanogenesis, and tumor microenvironments. Assay Genie's Mouse DDT ELISA Kit enables researchers to quantify endogenous DDT concentrations in murine samples, supporting studies in inflammation, oncology, and metabolic disease models. Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, detection antibody, and standards supplied in individual vials. Reconstituted reagents should be stored frozen at -20°C to preserve immunoreactivity through the stated shelf life, and the kit is intended for research use only in laboratory settings.
