Mouse Cytosolic 5'-nucleotidase III-like protein (Nt5c3l) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the accurate measurement of mouse Cytosolic 5'-nucleotidase III-like protein (Nt5c3l), also referred to as cN-III-like protein. The kit is reactive with mouse samples and has been validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.18ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is reported at 8.5% and inter-assay CV at 10.0%. Linearity in serum spans 95-105% (1:2), 94-105% (1:4), 107-116% (1:8) and 80-90% (1:16); in EDTA plasma, 100-109%, 110-119%, 95-104% and 108-117% across the same dilutions; and in heparin plasma, 94-103%, 83-94%, 86-95% and 112-122%. Recovery in serum averages 92% (range 86-98) and in plasma 94% (range 88-100). The kit is specific for natural and recombinant mouse Cytosolic 5'-nucleotidase III-like protein, with the target localised to the cytoplasm, and the protein is noted to act both as a nucleotidase and as a phosphotransferase.
