Mouse Cytokine receptor common subunit gamma (IL-2rg) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of mouse cytokine receptor common subunit gamma (IL-2rg), also known by the synonyms interleukin-2 receptor subunit gamma, gammaC, p64, and CD132. The kit is reactive with mouse samples and is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids.

The colorimetric assay has a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 41.3pg/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 7.4% and an inter-assay CV of 10.0%. It shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse cytokine receptor common subunit gamma.

IL-2rg functions as the common gamma subunit shared by the IL-2, IL-4, IL-7, IL-15, IL-21 and probably also the IL-13 receptors, and the protein localises to the membrane as a single-pass type I membrane protein. The kit is intended for research use only within the immunology research area.
