Mouse Cytochrome P450 27B1 (CYP27B1) ELISA Kit

Quantitative measurement of mouse cytochrome P450 27B1 (CYP27B1), the renal 1α-hydroxylase enzyme that converts 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 into the active hormone calcitriol, is supported by this microplate-format immunoassay from Assay Genie.

The assay is intended for research use in studies of vitamin D metabolism, calcium-phosphate homeostasis, and conditions linked to dysregulated CYP27B1 expression, including vitamin D-dependent rickets type 1 and chronic kidney disease models.

Reconstituted reagents and standards are supplied in individual vials and the kit is configured for 96 assays on a standard microplate reader.
