Mouse Cysteine dioxygenase type 1 (Cdo1) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Cysteine dioxygenase type 1 (CDO1) in mouse samples. The assay is suitable for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and is specific for natural and recombinant mouse CDO1 (synonyms: Cysteine dioxygenase type I, CDO; UniProt P60334).

Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm. The manufacturer reports a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.159ng/mL. Intra-assay CV, inter-assay CV, linearity and recovery figures are provided with the kit.
