Mouse CYPB (Cyclophilin B) CLIA Kit (MOES00215)

The Mouse CYPB (Cyclophilin B) Chemiluminescence Immunoassay Kit from Assay Genie employs an enhanced chemiluminescent detection system that delivers stronger analytical sensitivity than standard colorimetric ELISA, supporting quantitative measurement of Cyclophilin B in mouse serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. Cyclophilin B (encoded by Ppib) is an approximately 18 kDa peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase anchored in the endoplasmic reticulum, where it serves as a chaperone that aids procollagen folding, hydroxylation, and maturation; altered expression has been linked to studies of fibrotic tissue remodeling, inflammatory signaling cascades, and tumor microenvironment biology.

Each kit includes a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized recombinant CYPB standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer concentrate, chemiluminescent substrate solution, and stop reagent. The assay uses 50 µL of sample per well, an incubation sequence of about 2.5 hours, and a standard curve that defines the working range; signal is captured on a microplate reader with chemiluminescence capability and analyzed against the calibration curve.

Unopened kits should be refrigerated at 2-8°C and protected from light. Reconstituted standards and working solutions are best aliquoted and held frozen at -20°C to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles. All components are intended for in vitro research use only.
