Mouse Cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2A, isoforms 1/2 (Cdkn2a) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie developed for the precise quantification of Cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2A, isoforms 1/2 (CDKN2A) in mouse samples. The kit is intended for research use only and supports studies of cell cycle regulation and tumour biology, where CDKN2A — also known as p16-INK4a or CDK4I — is investigated as a tumour suppressor marker in cancer research.

Reactivity is mouse, and the assay is suitable for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse CDKN2A isoforms 1/2. According to the manufacturer, the detection range is 1.56-100 ng/mL and the sensitivity is 0.88 ng/mL.
