Description
From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of mouse Cyclin-dependent kinase 7 (Cdk7) using a colorimetric detection method. The assay is reactive with mouse samples and recognises both natural and recombinant Cdk7, supporting research into cell cycle regulation, RNA polymerase II-mediated transcription, and DNA repair.
Validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, the kit offers a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.168ng/mL. Intra and inter-assay CV, linearity and recovery data are provided with the kit. Cdk7 is a serine/threonine kinase implicated in cancer research. For research use only.
