Mouse Cyclin D1 (CCND1) ELISA Kit

Cyclin D1 (CCND1) is a 33 kDa regulatory protein that governs the G1-to-S phase transition of the cell cycle by activating cyclin-dependent kinases CDK4 and CDK6. Quantitative measurement of this oncoprotein via the Assay Genie immunoassay supports research into proliferative disorders, including B-cell lymphoma, breast carcinoma, and mantle cell lymphoma, where Cyclin D1 overexpression is a well-characterized diagnostic marker.
