Mouse Cyclic AMP-responsive element-binding protein 1 (Creb1) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this colorimetric Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of Cyclic AMP-responsive element-binding protein 1 (Creb1) in mouse samples. The assay is reactive with mouse CREB1 and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Cyclic AMP-responsive element-binding protein 1.

Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.078–5 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.039 ng/mL. Precision values are an intra-assay CV of 4.9% and an inter-assay CV of 7.8%. Linearity across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 (N=5) shows serum recovery of 108–120%, 89–99%, 93–102% and 111–120%; EDTA plasma of 106–118%, 100–110%, 96–106% and 83–93%; and heparin plasma of 112–122%, 83–83%, 88–98% and 95–107%.

Spike-and-recovery values are reported for serum (average 106%, range 100–112%) and plasma (average 108%, range 102–114%).
