Mouse CXCL9/MIG ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of CXCL9/MIG in mouse samples, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie uses a colorimetric double-antibody format and is suitable for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit has a stated sensitivity of 28.125 pg/mL and a working range of 46.875–3000 pg/mL, with components stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The validated assay procedure includes reagent and plate preparation, a primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and stop reaction with absorbance read at 450 nm. Linearity was demonstrated across serum (85-105%, 92-101%, 91-99% at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8), EDTA plasma (87-101%, 91-97%, 91-98%) and heparin plasma (86-105%, 91-98%, 91-99%), all with n=5. Recovery ranged from 96-105% (serum, average 99%), 97-103% (EDTA plasma, average 99%) and 95-104% (heparin plasma, average 99%), each with n=5.
