Mouse CXCL3/GRO gamma ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody assay from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of CXCL3/GRO gamma in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. CXCL3/GRO gamma is a key chemokine involved in inflammation and immune response regulation, playing a crucial role in recruiting immune cells to sites of infection or injury. It serves as a valuable biomarker for studying inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer progression.

The kit offers a sensitivity of 4.688 pg/mL with a measurement range of 7.813–500 pg/mL. Detection is colorimetric, based on absorbance measurement at 450 nm, using a biotin-labeled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) conjugate with TMB substrate. Storage is at 2-8°C for 12 months. The assay protocol includes reagent and plate preparation, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and stop reaction prior to reading.

Reported linearity (n=5) covers dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8, with serum at 90-104%, 82-98%, and 82-88%, EDTA plasma at 86-98%, 87-93%, and 80-93%, and heparin plasma at 85-104%, 87-99%, and 81-99%. Recovery ranges are serum 89-103% (average 99%), EDTA plasma 86-103% (average 95%), and heparin plasma 91-105% (average 99%).
