Mouse CXCL15 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1327)

Built around a sandwich-based colorimetric immunoassay, this Assay Genie ELISA quantifies murine lungkine (CXCL15, also called SCYB15) in cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum. The antibody pair is specific to mouse CXCL15; reactivity with other species has not been determined, consistent with the fact that CXCL15 lacks a recognized human orthologue. The protocol uses a 100 uL sample volume with a recommended 2-fold dilution, and the endpoint is read at 450 nm on a standard plate reader. For storage, the unopened kit is stable at -20 degrees C for up to one year from the date of shipment; alternatively it can be kept refrigerated at 4 degrees C for up to six months, with -80 degrees C recommended for extended archiving. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted to minimize freeze-thaw cycles. CXCL15 is secreted predominantly by airway and lung epithelial cells and signals through CXCR2 to drive neutrophil chemotaxis, making this reagent a relevant tool for studies of respiratory inflammation, acute lung injury, and COPD models in mice.
