Mouse CXCL15 (Chemokine C-X-C-Motif Ligand 15) ELISA Kit (MOES00838)

This colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of Mouse CXCL15 (Chemokine C-X-C-Motif Ligand 15) in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. The assay uses a biotinylated detection antibody together with an Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate, and the optical density is read at 450 nm ± 2 nm to determine target concentration against a standard curve.

Reported performance figures include a sensitivity of 46.88 pg/mL and a detection range of 78.13–5000 pg/mL, with recovery of 80%–120%. The total assay time is 3 h 30 min and the recommended sample volume is 100 μL. The kit recognises Mouse CXCL15 with no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Mouse CXCL15 and analogues being observed.
