Mouse CXCL10/IP10 ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of mouse CXCL10/IP10, this sandwich ELISA kit uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection. CXCL10/IP10 (also referred to as IP-10 or Interferon Gamma Induced Protein 10kDa) is a chemokine involved in immune responses, inflammation, and immune cell recruitment, and is studied as a biomarker in inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disorders, and viral infections. The assay is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Performance specifications include a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a standard range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL. Reported recovery in serum averages 97% (range 93–100%), in EDTA plasma averages 98% (range 92–100%), and in heparin plasma averages 93% (range 92–100%). Linearity has been validated across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. The kit includes a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, dilution buffers, wash buffer, stop solution, plate sealer, and a technical manual. Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.
