The Mouse CXCL10 (IP-10) DIY ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a flexible immunoassay platform for quantitative measurement of the interferon-γ-inducible chemokine CXCL10 in mouse research samples. Because the format is DIY, laboratories coat their own microplate with the supplied capture antibody, providing control over plate count up to 10 plates per kit and helping reduce waste when running only a few samples at a time.

CXCL10, also known as IP-10, is a 10 kDa CXC chemokine secreted by monocytes, endothelial cells, and fibroblasts in response to IFN-γ, and is investigated across inflammation, viral infection, autoimmune disease, and tumor immunology studies.

Unopened kit components should be stored at -20 °C, with capture and detection antibodies kept refrigerated between uses to preserve activity. The assay uses a biotin-streptavidin-HRP detection scheme read on a standard microplate reader. Each kit supplies capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant mouse CXCL10 standard, streptavidin-HRP, wash buffer, and TMB substrate for up to 10 plates, with a sample volume of 100 uL per well.
