Mouse CXADR PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1326)

The CXADR analyte, also known as the Coxsackievirus and Adenovirus Receptor (CAR), is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein best characterized for mediating viral entry and maintaining epithelial tight junction integrity in murine tissues. Assay Genie's mouse-specific reagent pair is calibrated against the murine CXADR extracellular domain, enabling quantitative measurement of receptor shedding, membrane-associated expression, and circulating levels in cell culture supernatants from experimental animals. Reconstituted standards and detection antibody should be stored refrigerated and aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles; the working conjugate is light-sensitive and should be protected from light. The microplate is pre-coated and provided sealed in a foil pouch with desiccant, and all components are intended for in vitro research use only.
