Mouse CTLA4/CD152 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the precise measurement of CTLA4 (CD152) levels in mouse samples. The kit targets a critical immune checkpoint protein that regulates T cell activation and immune responses, supporting research into disease pathogenesis and therapeutic development.

Validated for mouse serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Sensitivity is 75 pg/mL with an assay range of 125-8000 pg/mL. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Linearity values across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions: serum (n = 5) 95-101%, 87-102%, 89-105%; EDTA plasma (n = 5) 82-98%, 84-100%, 82-100%; heparin plasma (n = 5) 84-98%, 91-94%, 82-99%. Recovery ranges: serum 87-103% (average 95%); EDTA plasma 85-98% (average 93%); heparin plasma 88-104% (average 98%). The protocol includes reagent equilibration, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB substrate colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm.
