Mouse CTGF/Connective tissue growth factor ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Connective Tissue Growth Factor (CTGF), a key protein involved in regulating cell growth, proliferation, and tissue repair, with established roles in wound healing, fibrosis, and tissue remodeling. The kit is reactive with mouse samples and validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Using a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, the assay offers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a standard range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. The protocol involves equilibrating reagents to room temperature, loading standards and samples on the pre-coated plate for primary incubation, binding with biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) incubation, TMB substrate development in the dark, and absorbance reading at 450 nm. Validation data show linearity between 81% and 105% across dilutions of serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5), with average recovery of 92-95% in these matrices. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
