Cutaneous T-cell attracting chemokine, also known as CTACK or CCL27, can be measured quantitatively in mouse specimens with this research-use in vitro immunoassay. CTACK is a keratinocyte-derived chemokine that signals through the CCR10 receptor and directs lymphocyte homing to the skin, and altered expression has been linked to psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and contact hypersensitivity in murine disease models.

Compatible with mouse plasma samples, serum samples, and cell culture supernatant, the kit supports immunology, inflammation, and dermatology workflows in laboratory mice. The assay ships as a complete reagent set in a microplate format that supports 96 individual determinations, and components should be kept refrigerated when not in use to preserve activity through the stated shelf life. All reagents are intended for research use only and are not validated for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.

Manufactured by Assay Genie, the kit provides laboratories with a focused tool for monitoring cutaneous chemokine signaling in experimental mouse systems, whether tracking CTACK induction in skin inflammation studies or quantifying baseline chemokine levels across treatment cohorts.
