Mouse CTACK/CCL27 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of mouse CTACK (CCL27) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody format with colorimetric detection provides a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL and an assay range of 62.5–4000 pg/mL.

CTACK, also known as CCL27, is a chemokine involved in T-cell recruitment and activation, with expression linked to inflammatory skin diseases, making it a relevant biomarker for immune and dermatological research. Linearity has been validated in serum (91–105% at 1:2, 82–101% at 1:4, 83–99% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (92–101%, 82–99%, 80–98%) and heparin plasma (87–101%, 84–98%, 80–98%). Spike-and-recovery averages are 96% in serum, 95% in EDTA plasma and 97% in heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2–8°C and is stable for 12 months.
