Mouse Cspg4/Chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan 4 ELISA Kit

Designed for the precise measurement of mouse Chondroitin Sulfate Proteoglycan 4 (CSPG4), this double-antibody Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is a colorimetric assay suited to serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Linearity in serum (n=5) spans 85–104% at 1:2, 88–99% at 1:4 and 88–97% at 1:8 dilutions; EDTA plasma (n=5) spans 88–99%, 86–96% and 90–100%; and heparin plasma (n=5) spans 85–97%, 82–100% and 81–98% across the same dilutions. Recovery averages 93% (range 87–101%) in serum, 94% (range 87–100%) in EDTA plasma, and 92% (range 85–100%) in heparin plasma.
