Mouse Cryptic protein (Cfc1) ELISA Kit

Cryptic protein (Cfc1) is a NODAL coreceptor involved in the correct establishment of the left-right axis and may play a role in mesoderm and/or neural patterning during gastrulation. The protein is localised to the cell membrane as a lipid-anchored GPI-anchored secreted molecule (UniProt P97766).

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 34pg/mL, with intra-assay CV, inter-assay CV, linearity and recovery values supplied with the kit. The assay employs a colorimetric detection method and is for research use only.
