Mouse Crry ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this colorimetric sandwich ELISA uses a double-antibody format for the quantitative measurement of complement receptor 1-related protein y (CRRY) in mouse samples. The assay is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and the kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

CRRY is described as a key regulator of the complement system with a critical role in immune response and inflammation. Dysregulation of CRRY has been implicated in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and inflammatory conditions, and the kit is presented as a tool for studying CRRY in immune regulation and inflammation research.

Linearity for serum (n=5) is 88-98% at 1:2, 88-105% at 1:4, and 92-101% at 1:8; for EDTA plasma (n=5) 85-95%, 85-101%, and 82-85%; and for heparin plasma (n=5) 83-88%, 81-100%, and 85-98%. Recovery is 93-104% (average 98%) in serum (n=5), 86-103% (average 93%) in EDTA plasma (n=5), and 88-101% (average 95%) in heparin plasma (n=5). The protocol employs a biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm.
