Mouse CRP ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody immunoassay from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of C-Reactive Protein (CRP; also known as PTX1 and Pentraxin 1) in mouse-derived samples. Reactivity is mouse. Tested sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. CRP is an inflammatory marker associated with cardiovascular disease, autoimmune disorders, and infection, supporting immunological research applications.

Reported analytical performance: sensitivity of 0.234 ng/mL and assay range of 0.391-25 ng/mL. Linearity across dilution (1:2, 1:4, 1:8; n=5) was 89-102%, 85-96%, 83-95% for serum; 86-105%, 87-101%, 80-96% for EDTA plasma; and 88-104%, 88-95%, 81-96% for heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery averages (n=5) were 93% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma, and 94% for heparin plasma. The colorimetric readout uses TMB substrate with absorbance measured at 450 nm. Unopened kits are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
