Mouse CRP (C-Reactive Protein) CLIA Kit (MOES00048)

A chemiluminescence-based immunoassay from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of C-Reactive Protein (CRP) in mouse samples. The kit uses a Sandwich-CLIA format and is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse CRP concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids, with a required sample volume of 100μL. Synonyms associated with the target include PTX1 and Pentraxin 1.

Reported performance characteristics include an assay time of 3.5h, a sensitivity of 46.88 pg/mL, and a detection range of 78.13-5000 pg/mL. The kit shows no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Mouse CRP and analogues. Reproducibility is reported with both intra-CV and inter-CV less than 15%, with intra-assay CV values between 8.53% and 11.84% and inter-assay CV values between 7.12% and 10.37% across tested sample concentrations.
