Mouse Cross-linked N-terminal telopeptide of Collagen alpha-1 (I)chain (INTX) ELISA Kit

Designed for the accurate quantification of Cross-linked N-terminal telopeptide of Collagen alpha-1 (I) chain (INTx) levels in mouse samples, this Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie supports research into bone resorption and collagen degradation. The assay is reactive with mouse samples and is intended for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse INTx.

Assay Genie reports a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.081 ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is 4.1% (Intra CV) and inter-assay precision is 7.9% (Inter CV). Linearity has been evaluated across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Recovery is reported as 85% (range 80–91%) for serum and 87% (range 81–93%) for plasma. Detection is colorimetric.
