Mouse CRLS1/Cardiolipin synthase ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA built on a double-antibody format for the quantitative measurement of mouse CRLS1 (Cardiolipin Synthase), with colorimetric detection. The kit is intended for use on mouse-derived samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. CRLS1 is the enzyme responsible for synthesising cardiolipin, a key phospholipid of mitochondrial membranes involved in mitochondrial structure and function, apoptosis, and energy production.

Reported assay performance includes a sensitivity of 0.938 pg/mL and an assay range of 1.563–100 pg/mL. Linearity across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma is provided for dilution ratios of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8, with serum recoveries ranging from 89–101% (average 94%), EDTA plasma 86–105% (average 96%), and heparin plasma 85–105% (average 94%).
