Mouse Crk/Adapter molecule crk ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie using a double-antibody format is designed for the quantitative detection of mouse CRK in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. CRK is an adapter protein that plays a key role in signal transduction pathways, regulating cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration, with dysregulation linked to cancer, autoimmune disorders, and developmental abnormalities.

The assay procedure includes primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, and TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes. The kit is intended for storage at 2-8°C for 12 months and includes a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer, plate sealer, and technical manual.

Linearity was demonstrated across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8, with serum at 90-105%, 84-93%, and 88-94%; EDTA plasma at 85-103%, 87-100%, and 83-100%; and heparin plasma at 91-101%, 84-100%, and 81-95%. Recovery averaged 95% for serum (range 85-103%), 95% for EDTA plasma (range 87-104%), and 97% for heparin plasma (range 86-103%).
