Mouse CRELD2 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1318)

The Mouse CRELD2 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of Cysteine-Rich with EGF-Like Domains 2 (CRELD2), an endoplasmic reticulum-resident protein implicated in unfolded protein response signaling and cardiac morphogenesis in murine systems.

CRELD2 expression is induced under ER stress conditions and has been examined in research on congenital heart defects, connective tissue disorders, neonatal cardiomyocyte maturation, and protein-folding homeostasis. Investigators apply this assay to monitor circulating CRELD2 in mouse blood-derived samples and to assess secretion into cell culture supernatants obtained from primary murine cultures or established cell lines.

Reagents include a pre-coated microplate, matched biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, recombinant mouse CRELD2 standards, wash concentrate, assay diluent, TMB substrate, and stop solution to support an in vitro quantification workflow. Unused strip wells should remain refrigerated inside the sealed foil pouch with desiccant; reconstituted standards are best frozen in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
