Mouse Corticosterone ELISA Kit

Validated performance includes linearity data for serum (n = 10) of 85-97% at 1:2, 86-103% at 1:4, and 86-103% at 1:8 dilution; for EDTA plasma (n = 10) of 86-97%, 82-99%, and 86-99% at the same dilutions; and for heparin plasma (n = 10) of 83-97%, 81-99%, and 81-100%. Recovery ranges are 90-92% for serum (average 91%), 86-104% for EDTA plasma (average 95%), and 85-105% for heparin plasma (average 96%). The procedure involves biotin-antibody binding, TMB substrate colour development, and absorbance reading at 450 nm.
