Mouse Corticosteroid-binding globulin (Serpina6) ELISA Kit

Also known by the synonyms Serpin A6, Transcortin, CBG and Cbg, the target is encoded by NCBI Gene ID 12401 with UniProt accession Q06770.

The assay is reactive with mouse and is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. It uses a colorimetric ELISA detection method with a detection range of 3.12-200 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 1.56 ng/mL. Reported precision is an intra-assay CV of 5.6% and an inter-assay CV of 7.8%. Specificity is stated for natural and recombinant mouse Corticosteroid-binding globulin.

Linearity in spiked samples was reported for serum (85-98% at 1:2 to 80-90% at 1:16), EDTA plasma (99-111% to 101-111%) and heparin plasma (91-103% to 80-92%). Recovery averaged 83% (range 80-89%) for serum and 85% (range 80-91%) for plasma.
