Mouse Contactin 1/CNTN1 ELISA Kit

CNTN1, also referenced as Glycoprotein gp135 and Neural cell surface protein F3 (Uniprot P12960), is a cell adhesion molecule involved in neural development and synaptic transmission, contributing to axon guidance and neuronal migration. Dysregulation of CNTN1 has been implicated in various neurological disorders.

Sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with kit storage at 2-8°C for 12 months. Linearity for serum (n=5) is reported as 92-102% at 1:2, 85-101% at 1:4, and 82-93% at 1:8 dilution; EDTA plasma (n=5) shows 87-104%, 88-98%, and 84-100%; and heparin plasma (n=5) shows 89-105%, 82-101%, and 80-96% across the same dilutions. Recovery averages 96% for serum (range 88-103%), 98% for EDTA plasma (range 89-103%), and 95% for heparin plasma (range 85-103%).
