Mouse Connexin 43 (CX43) ELISA Kit

Quantitative immunoassay kit from Assay Genie for measuring mouse Connexin 43 (CX43) levels in research samples. Cx43 is the dominant gap junction protein in working myocardium and in many epithelial and neural tissues, where it forms intercellular channels that pass ions, second messengers, and small metabolites. Quantitative tracking of total and phosphorylated Cx43 supports studies of cardiac conduction, wound re-epithelialization, osteoblast networking, glial coupling, and tumor microenvironment biology, all areas where mouse models are standard.

The kit is configured as a complete research use only package sized for 96 assays and accepts tissue homogenates and cell lysates. Supplied components include a pre-coated microplate, calibrated reference standard, capture and detection antibodies, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent sufficient for a full plate run on a standard microplate reader. All incubation steps are performed at room temperature and the workflow fits a same-day or next-day schedule.
