Mouse Complement decay-accelerating factor, GPI-anchored (Cd55) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Mouse Complement decay-accelerating factor, GPI-anchored (Cd55) ELISA Kit is a sandwich-format immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of CD55 in mouse-derived samples. Acceptable sample matrices include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant mouse complement decay-accelerating factor, GPI-anchored, and operates over a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/mL with a sensitivity of 15.64pg/mL. Detection is colorimetric, performed by ELISA.

CD55 serves to protect cells from complement-mediated damage by regulating the complement cascade, helping to prevent excessive inflammation and tissue damage. The kit is intended for research use only.
