Mouse Complement component C9 (C9) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Complement component C9 (C9) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The kit shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse C9 and is intended for research use only.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156-10ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.079ng/mL. Precision has been characterised by an intra-assay CV of 4.8% and an inter-assay CV of 8.1%. Recovery testing returned an average of 91% (range 85-97%) in serum and 93% (range 87-99%) in plasma. Linearity was demonstrated across serial dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16) of serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.
