Mouse Complement Component 4a (C4a) ELISA Kit

A quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie, the Mouse Complement Component 4a (C4a) ELISA Kit detects a small anaphylatoxin fragment (~9 kDa) released from complement component C4 during activation of the classical and lectin pathways. C4a contributes to inflammatory signaling and is studied as a biomarker of complement activation in murine models of immune and inflammatory disease.

The kit supports research into lupus, arthritis, glomerulonephritis, transplant rejection, sepsis, and ischemia-reperfusion injury, where altered complement activity is implicated.
